We have developed a standard clinic checklist to help plan for the big day! It is dynamic and can be adjusted depending on the duration of the clinic and the number of doses being delivered.
You can copy and use the checklist. It is also available for download in Excel format, although it is recommended to make the sheet dynamic so your team member can update it. It has been a lifesaver for us!
